Get Regulars is a small business run by Kurt Lott in Lansing, Michigan. It helps restaurants earn more Google reviews and repeat visits through automated thank-you and follow-up messages. This page explains what information we handle and what we do with it.

This website

getregulars.net has no forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and reliability. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.

Restaurants we contact

We reach out to restaurants using business contact details they've published themselves, such as an email address on their website or their public social media profile. We keep that business information, along with a record of the messages we've sent and any replies, so we don't contact you more than intended. Every email includes a way to opt out. If you opt out, we put your address on a do-not-contact list and never email you again. We do not buy or sell contact lists.

Our clients' guests

When a restaurant uses Get Regulars, we process its guests' contact details (such as name, email address and visit history) only on that restaurant's behalf and only to send the messages the restaurant has set up. That data belongs to the restaurant. We never sell it, never use it for our own marketing, and never share it with anyone except the service providers needed to deliver the messages. Every guest message includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes right away.

Google user data

We use Google's Gmail API only to send email from our own business mailbox and to read replies and unsubscribe requests to the messages we've sent. We don't use the Gmail API for anything else. Get Regulars' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or let people read it except where that's needed for security, to comply with the law, or to handle a reply addressed to us.

Storage and security

Data is stored on systems that Get Regulars controls, and those systems are not exposed to the public internet. We keep data only as long as it's needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of all contact. Just email hello@getregulars.net.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
